I am writing to describe a very positive experience with the InfoFlo Contact Management Software product and its support team.

I have been working in the computer / software industry since 1986 (pre-Windows!) and have used a wide variety of contact management / sales tracking applications over that 25+ year period. InfoFlo / Carmel Vision is BY FAR the best application of its kind I have ever seen.

I started a new business venture (essentially, my third start-up) in the human resource technology field late last summer, and I began searching the market for an application that would fit the current workplace in terms of integrating and managing multiple information sources, information types and work flows – and make it easier to manage everything rather than more difficult. I needed a solution that would deliver what I needed, when I needed it – and allow me to add features and functions on a pace that paralleled my activities.

Contact management and communication is the core of any business, but because I am a Team of One, the solution for performing these critical functions had to be easy, fast, intuitive and efficient. The major apps I considered all seemed too heavy, too expensive and overblown with built-in functions and features that seemed to complicate a technology-driven market and its information overload rather than simplify it.

Following a conversation with Shai Berliner in September 2011, I was convinced to try InfoFlo – and he and his team have since helped me through several upgrades, add-ons, on-going technical support and most recently (today! 2/27/12) with migrating the application and ALL of my data to a new computer platform, without a hitch, without a glitch and WITHOUT talking to a machine! Kudos to the InfoFlo team and their innovative solution – paced to the growth and needs of its clients….now that’s a RARE business perspective!
