eWay-CRM Basic/Premium is compatible with Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013 and Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8. eWay-CRM is also compatible with Microsoft Office 365. eWay-CRM is not compatible with Microsoft Outlook for Mac. eWay-CRM Basic is a standard desktop program and can be uninstalled from Control Panel in Microsoft Windows. Both e-mails and contacts are copied to eWay-CRM database and the original items stay in your Outlook. If you decide to uninstall eWay-CRM, you don't lose anything from Outlook. The Basic edition is free of charge for indefinite time and it's a good choice for single users who accept the predefined settings of the system. The Premium edition has a server component which supports data sharing among users, automated workflows and can be customized (extra fields, dropdown lists etc.)Both editions support offline mode, but only the Premium edition allows access to your selected data from a web browser.
