Recommended SuiteCRM is an open source, customisable CRM platform serving the needs of small to large enterprise businesses. The application can be run locally or cloud-based. It has no user fees or restrictions on number of users. It is free to download, alter and distribute. Its foundations are steeped within the last updated version of SugarCRM Community Edition. SuiteCRM was originally created by SalesAgility as a fork to the SugarCRM CE after Sugar’s abandonment of maintaining the community editions and only updating its paid for solution. SalesAgility, who were one of the largest UK Sugar consultancies, decided to continue to develop open source CRM solution and have supercharged this SugarCRM version. A range of modules have been added onto the original version of the software. Multifunction reporting modules have been created and added. With SuiteCRM, users can create business process models and design flexible and automated actions. Users can also model sales pipelines and create templated customer quotes, control pricing strategies, maintain contract renewals and track lead progress, and support customers through business-unique self-service portals. Service teams are instantly notified of customer requests and customers are instantly notified when issues have been addressed and resolved.
